Alpha Appraisal provides dwelling measurement services in King, Snohomish and Skagit Counties for homeowners, real estate agents and other property professionals. Tell us why the measurements are needed, which structures or areas are included, and the required deliverable before scheduling.
Discuss a dimensional sketch and area calculations for the identified dwelling. The agreement should specify the measurement convention, included areas, output format and any recipient requirements. Identify attached or detached living areas, additions, basements, garages and other spaces so they can be addressed within the agreed scope.
County records, prior sketches and listing figures may use different definitions or omit later changes. Finished and unfinished space, above-grade and below-grade areas, and separate structures need clear treatment. A difference in figures should be explained by the measurement scope and evidence rather than silently choosing the largest number.
Dwelling measurements document the agreed dimensions and areas. A market-value appraisal requires a separately defined valuation assignment. A dwelling sketch does not establish surveyed land boundaries, verify legal ownership or certify the permit status of improvements.
Send the property address, intended use, required measurement standard if one applies, existing plans or sketches, areas to include, access contact and deadline. Mention occupied units, limited access, recent additions and any listing or recipient requirements. Confirm the deliverable before relying on it for a specific transaction.
Measurement services are quoted separately from appraisal assignments. The property, number of structures, complexity, access and deliverable affect the fee and timing. Alpha Appraisal serves King, Snohomish and Skagit Counties; confirm the exact address and assignment fit when requesting a quote.
